Copyright Policies
Please let me know in advance if you do not want the artwork to be disclosed until a specific date. I retain all copyrights for my commissioned artworks (except designs that do not belong to me), including the rights to publish the work in progress shots and the completed artwork on social media/portfolio (a watermark will be added).
Commissioners can use the artwork for non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media with credits and printing for personal purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Commissioners shall NOT: claim the artwork as their own, edit the artwork, use for any commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed), use for AI training/generation
About Refund
Once payment is made, refund is not available unless I am unable to finish the artwork before the deadline as promised.
Commercial Commissions
You must pay a commercial fee for purposes that generate income.
Commercial price must be paid for Vtuber commissions.
Meanwhile, I started to gradually lower the basic commercial rate for indie Vtubers/creators while raising the base price. Current basic commercial rate is 75% and includes: streaming, displaying on socials, using as ref for other artists to make merch artwork/live2D. What is excluded: directly using for merch, reselling, etc. (please discuss with me for these purposes)
For past commissioners, please be assured that the actual commercial price will not become lower than what you paid in the past!

- Pose & composition are totally up to me. You may make requests, but I do not guarantee that they will be fulfilled

Commission Procedures
Commission request by email
Payment: Once the quotation is confirmed, I will send you an invoice via PayPal (5% transaction fee included) before I start drawing. (E.g., if the artwork is expected to complete within Feb, you will likely receive the invoice in end Jan)
Rough coloured sketch: (Not available for skeb-like) You will receive it by 10th day of the month. Revision up to 2 times without extra charge. Major changes in later stages will not be accepted.
Final artwork: Only minor changes will be accepted at this stage, such as incorrect/missing details.
Commission complete: Once finalized, I will send you the artwork in PNG (unless otherwise specified). The process from payment to completion will take around 1 month.
