Commission Info & Terms

I do NOT draw:

  • R-18, NSFW

  • Chinese Games, e.g., Genshin Impact, Honkai, HoYoverse

Extra charges may be applied for:

  • Lack of character references (text descriptions only or a combination of different references that are not exactly the character to be drawn)

  • Urgent deadlines (The normal commission process takes 1 month at maximum from payment)

  • Non-disclosure

Copyright Policies

  • Please let me know in advance if you do not want the artwork to be disclosed. I retain all copyrights for my commissioned artworks (except designs that do not belong to me), including the rights to publish the work in progress shots and the completed artwork on social media/portfolio (a watermark will be added).

  • Commissioners can use the artwork for non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media with credits and printing for personal purposes

  • Commissioners shall NOT: claim the artwork as their own, edit the artwork, use for any commercial purposes, use for AI training/generation

A watermarked version with fancy layout will also be included after the character artwork is approved

Commission Procedures

  1. Commission request by email (Feel free to DM for any questions) Format available below

  2. Payment: Once the quotation is confirmed, I will send you an invoice via PayPal (5% transaction fee included). Reservation of a slot is confirmed after receiving 100% payment.

  3. Rough coloured sketch: Revision up to 2 times without extra charge. Major changes in later stages will not be accepted.

  4. Final artwork: Only minor changes will be accepted at this stage, such as incorrect/missing details.

  5. Commission complete: Once finalized, I will send you the artwork in PNG (unless otherwise specified). The process from payment to completion will take around 1 month.
